Head Chef

Originally from Masuria, he honed his skills at Boreczna under Wojtek Harapkiewicz, and in Michelin‑starred kitchens including Bottiglieria 1881 and Epoka. He enjoys reinventing Polish classics and foraging for wild herbs.

We create dishes with passion, drawing inspiration from history and local culinary traditions.

Our dedicated team continually refines recipes and deepens culinary knowledge to surprise guests with unforgettable flavour combinations made from premium ingredients.
